Putting it together was mostly straightforward, and all the pieces lined up like they were supposed to. It did take me a little longer than I thought it would, mostly because a couple parts of the instructions were just... not super clear. Nothing was missing though, which was nice, and once I had it all assembled it felt sturdy. Overall I’m happy with it, just wish the setup steps were a bit easier to follow in a few spots

I had a frustrating experience with customer service. I emailed them about a delivery question, and it took a few days before I got an actual answer. The first response felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote, which was annoying.
They were polite enough, but I wouldn’t say they were very helpful. I ended up having to follow up twice, and after I’d already paid, that just didn’t feel great. A friend had recommended them to me, so I was expecting a smoother experience.

I really wanted to like these chairs because they do look nice. But after sitting in one for a little while, my back started hurting quickly. Maybe I’m just picky or need more support than most people, but they weren’t comfortable for me.

I ordered from Willow Creek Designs because I figured the higher price meant I’d be getting something that felt really well-made. It’s not terrible, but it doesn’t feel that much better than cheaper options I’ve seen elsewhere.

Delivery went fine, but I had made a basic request during the order and it felt like it was just ignored, which was frustrating. Once everything was set up, I kept looking at it thinking some parts looked nice, but other parts felt kind of average for what I paid.

Maybe it’ll hold up better over time, and I hope it does, but right now I don’t really feel like I got great value. For the price, I expected the whole experience and the product to feel a lot more premium

The craftsmanship is really nice. The joints feel solid and clean, and it has that handmade look in a good way. I was kind of confused at first because it’s not perfectly factory-perfect, but that actually makes it feel more real and well made.

The chair itself was actually nice, but the return process was more of a hassle than I expected. It felt slow, and I had to ask twice before getting a clear answer about the warranty details. What annoyed me most was that the terms seemed to change depending on who I talked to, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. They did respond eventually, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience

The site looks really clean and easy to use. The teak stuff feels super nice too, like you can tell some thought went into it. Overall I’m happy with it, just a nice simple vibe adn good quality.
